My life changing journey was propelled by my first blog. I began that blog as a private journal, but soon decided to open it up so that I could connect with others on a similar path. It was a wonderful tool to help me keep my focus on my journey.
At the heart of my values is Connection: connection to others, to the Divine, to my own Inner Being. This blog is a beautiful new opportunity for me to foster connection.
On my web page I offer for download a guided visualization for your ideal body. That has been another great way for me to connect with others… and it has been so fun to hear from people from around the world who have enjoyed my visualization and use it to connect within their own SELF.
Some of my other personal values are: Love, Joy, Peace, Creativity and Discovery - with God and Spirit over all. I intend to use this blog to joyfully express my values.
